He has been an active practitioner with a number of blue-chip organisations including Silentnight plc, Champion Sparking Plug Co Limited. Mike has worked closely with several multi-national organisations advising and guiding them on strategic issues related to business and human resource development.

As a Senior Advisor with a large Employers Association his responsibilities were those of advising, guiding and representing member companies on all aspects of personnel and Human Resource management in particular employment protection legislation and associated aspects.

Before jointly establishing March Partnership Mike was Advisor to the Senior Engineering Team managing the Piper Bravo Redevelopment Programme. He was tasked with involvement within the off-shore yard facilities building unit modules for the new platform - the emphasis being on all people management issues.
