Competency Based Assessment / Behavioural Indicators

Performance Assessment Criteria

More and more companies are moving towards a ‘competency’ or ‘assessment framework’.

Each competency relates to the various attributes, talents and behaviours that impact on the business.

No longer merely the ‘what’ someone does but also the ‘how’ they go about their work and their relationships with others across the business. Behaviours that are necessary for the organisation to deliver its products or services reliably and consistently to the highest level.

Competencies have associated values which identify a business or an employee ‘grouping’ or ‘family’.

It is common practice to use between six and eight indicators for each competence. There are various scoring systems and we will tailor any of these to suit your business or organisation.

Develop the best in your people, develop the best in yourself by applying the most relevant framework by which to recognise and reward good performance. . .
