Coaching and Support
Busy managers may only recruit from time to time – their priority is
normally to ensure business performance and the delivery of targets
Faced with a need to recruit – or not having done so for some considerable time
– individuals may be uncertain as to how best to proceed.
We act as a ‘sounding board’ to ensure the approach planned will be suitable
Alternatively we will coach and mentor individuals who may be facing a
recruitment project which is in an area new to them.
These mentoring and coaching sessions are delivered one-to-one, or if
appropriate, for small groups / interview panel members. The session
will assist recruiters to
- Design their strategy
- Understand exactly how to find what they are looking for, and
Recognise candidate potential
- Develop their pro-active listening skills
- Prepare questioning to probe and expand on information given
- Have confidence in their decision making
- Know what to say – and what NOT to say .
